Well, I start semester again tomorrow for Spring 2007. This time I actually got to pick my damn classes, instead of the schedule being made for me. *mumbles* My GPA for last semester was disappointing to the point where I was in tears... a 2.67 over all... so yes, Jamie must try harder. I'm hoping that this semester is better than the last because I didn't really enjoy my classes, except for Social Work and Cinema.

I start a bit later this semester, earliest class is 9:30am on Tues/Thurs, which I'm at school from 9:30am until 2pm (feature writing, astronomy, and on-line journalism), and Mon/Wed/Fri I'm there from 10am until 12 noon (social psychology and music listening), which isn't so bad, I guess.

On a different note, I wrote a lemonish story with a halfbreed cat woman and fox man. I've sent it to three people and they say they like it, so maybe I'll post it here for the small masses to read. There's no title to it, except that it's a prequel to what my boyfriend will eventually write.

My holiday wasn't so bad, I guess. I'm more than likely going to visit Luis again over my Spring Break in March... wow.. 2 months away.. hahaha.

Well, three weeks ago (or was it four?), I was in Texas visiting my boyfriend, Luis. That visit was enough to make me want to go again, and my mom told me I could go back after Christmas during my break from uni. I'd love to personally because then I could give him a gift in person. ^^ That and I could give his mom one, too. We'll just have to see, I suppose. I'll probably make a post or two in the journal here about the trip, whenever I feel like getting around to it.

Other news, I'm itchin' to get into classes, for some reason. Perhaps it's because I FUCKING HATE SUMMER. *ahem* Anyway... like I was saying, it's funny because every summer I'm like "Oooooh vacation.." then in the middle of it I'm like "OMFG WHEN IS THIS SHIT GONNA BE OVER!". I was never one for summer... the heat, the boredom... *dies* Here's my classes for this semester:

Okay, I received my grades over the weekend and scarily enough they went up! Here they are:

Child Psychology - B
Intro to Ethics - B+
Nutrition - A
Hist. of Civ. II - A
Abnormal Psychology - A
State and Local Government - B+

Term GPA - 3.647
Final GPA for the Institution - 3.437

All of that is based on the 4.000 scale for colleges and universities, which gives me a B+ average going into Bloomsburg University this fall! YAY FOR ME!! Now all that's left is to schedule shit for fall and I can FINALLY get to planning my trip to see Luis.. <3

Welp, I've finally turned 20 (yesterday, actually). I received quite a few things, including a digital camera from my brother and his wife, which made me happy because it's for my trip to see my sweetie in Texas. Him and I get rocky now and again, but we've kept it together, which I'm happy about. He's a sweetheart and I love him dearly, and don't want to let go of him.. Just have to make the plans n stuff for the trip.. hopefully I can go out next month..

In other news (wow.. cliche, damnit), I'm in the midst of final exams and preparing to really transfer from LCCC to Bloomsburg University; I just got the confirmation that my loan information changed for my schools. I'm just hoping I survive my exams and make a 3.0 or better, because I need to keep it. *shuffles a little, looking down* I would like my mother to be proud of me, even if it's just for grades.. is that so much to ask? *sigh*

Beh. What's to say now? I'm tired most of the time, and cold. I haven't any decent inspiration for my fiction at all, or anything else for that matter, cept for yammering on and on about Kingdom Hearts 2, which is FINALLY coming out. I guess I'm excited for it now, and I reserved the Limited Edition Strategy Guide for the game, so I'm kinda happy about that too. Reserved Dirge of Cerberus and FF12 as well.

I guess I'm fairly content with how my life is, but it could be better, I think. I feel kinda apathetic at the moment, actually, and I have no idea why I do. *shivers* I'm friggin freezing right now and I don't like it.. obviously. >.>

College is going fairly well, cept I hate my government teacher, but that's not surprising. I was accepted down at the local university, so I'm happy for that, and next fall I start down there in their Mass Communications program. *smiles a tad* heh... Guess Jamie isn't so stupid after all, ne?
